Israelis observe Memorial Day in Jerusalem (14 images)

Israeli leaders and soldiers pay their respects while observing Memorial Day, known as Yom HaZikaron, in Jerusalem on Monday. Israel marks its Memorial Day for fallen soldiers and victims of attacks starting at sundown on Sunday. Independence Day then begins Monday evening.
